Google Sheets integration

Every lead, in a 📄 spreadsheet you already own

No new dashboard to learn. We create the sheet in your Google account and fill in each row as it happens.

What we sync

A row appears ⏱️ the moment someone plays

A new row for the lead appears in your sheet the instant a shopper enters their email or phone number. The prize and coupon code fill in on that same row once the spin resolves, so nothing needs a second lookup.

  • New lead: Email or phone lands the moment a shopper enters the wheel.
  • Spin result: The prize the wheel landed on fills in right after.
  • Coupon code: The single-use code fills in once the spin resolves.

Why a plain sheet

For merchants who just want a spreadsheet

Some stores run on a CRM. Plenty run on a spreadsheet someone checks each morning. Profiter works for the second kind too.

🔑

It's your spreadsheet

The spreadsheet is created in your own Google Drive, using your own Google account. Share it, export it, hand it to your VA — it's yours the way any file in your Drive is yours.

No dashboard to learn

If you already read leads in a spreadsheet, keep doing that. There's no separate reporting screen to figure out first.

🧾

Nothing missing at the end

Rows don't stop at the email address. The prize and coupon code fill in after the spin, so a row tells you the whole story, not half of it.

Growth+ · $29/mo

Turn it on with Growth+

Google Sheets sync ships with Growth+, alongside Klaviyo, Mailchimp and Omnisend lead sync, weekly and monthly reporting tabs, and the coupon reminder bar. Free covers holdout testing and profit reporting on 1,000 spins a month if you want to start there first.

The sheet itself

Eleven columns, and one you never see

The spreadsheet is created in your own Google Drive with the header rows frozen. Here is every column it writes.

Written whenColumns
On lead capture Captured at, Email, Phone, Campaign, Source, Consent
After the spin resolves Prize won, Coupon code, Order, Order value
Hidden Sync key

That hidden Sync key column is the part worth knowing about. It holds the lead's id, so when the prize and coupon land a moment later they find the right row even after you have sorted the sheet, inserted rows, or deleted some. A returning shopper refreshes their existing lead columns in place instead of appending a duplicate, and the outcome columns are left alone so an earlier win is never overwritten.

Questions

Good to know

How does this Shopify to Google Sheets integration work?

Once you connect your Google account, Profiter creates a new spreadsheet for you. When a shopper plays your popup wheel, a new row appears in the sheet instantly with their contact info. A moment later, the prize they won and their unique coupon code are filled into the same row.

Is this Google Sheets integration free?

Google Sheets integration is included in our Growth+ plan for $29/month. Our Free plan does not include this feature, but it does give you access to our full profit measurement and holdout testing suite for up to 1,000 spins a month, so you can measure the value before upgrading.

What data gets synced to the Google Sheet?

Each row contains the new lead (email or phone), the prize they won on the wheel, the unique single-use coupon code generated for them, and a timestamp for when the spin occurred. The sheet shows you the complete story of each interaction.

Can I use this instead of Zapier or Shopify Flow?

Yes. This is a direct, dedicated integration. It's designed for merchants who want a simple, reliable way to get popup leads into a spreadsheet without setting up multi-step Zaps or complex Shopify Flows. There are no recipes to build or maintain.

Who owns the Google Sheet with my leads?

You do. The spreadsheet is created in your own Google account and lives in your Google Drive. You have full control to share it, export the data, or connect it to other tools. We never hold your lead data hostage in a separate dashboard.
